Shipping and returns

At Oak & Cove, we want your shopping experience to feel comfortable and easy. Below you'll find all of the details on shipping and returns. If any questions or queries please feel free to contact us below. Please allow 2-4 working days for your personalised items to be made. 

Standard shipping 3-5 business days  - £2.80 - Free shipping over £30 

Express shipping 1-2 business days - £3.60

Once your items have been shipping you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey to you. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We really hope you love your items from Oak & Cove, but if something isn't quite right, we are here to help. 

Your items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition with tags still attached. If you have changed your mind on the sizes and colour of your items we are happy to exchange (subject to availability). Once your item is returned and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Personalised items cannot be return or exchanged.
